Absolutely! We encourage you to complete our general application, and if your skills, qualifications, and interests match, we will contact you to discuss the next steps in the placement process.

First Call accepts applications online or in-person at one of our local staffing branches. Once the application has been completed, a First Call staffing coordinator will contact you.

After reviewing your application and determining that your skills, qualifications, and interests are a good fit for our client’s needs, a First Call staffing coordinator will contact you to set up an interview.

Our temporary-to-hire, direct hire, and professional placement positions will be posted on our website and updated regularly.

Not every job is going to meet your expectations. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.

Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once you complete our application process, you will be offered appropriate positions based on your preferences and skills.

The length of an assignment varies according to our client’s needs — ranging from a days to weeks, months, or longer. At the end of this term, our client may decide to extend or offer a permanent position based on our client’s needs and your individual performance.

We realize that not every job is a good fit for you, sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, we will ask that you contact us immediately.

Based on some of our clients’ needs and requirements for a position, a background check could be a requirement for a specific job.

As an applicant, you will not pay for any of the services First Call Staffing provides.

First Call understands the importance of benefits for employees and their families. First Call associates are supported by a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Our benefits package includes contributory medical, dentistry, vision, term life, and short-term disability insurance; weekly PTO accrual; paid vacations; and a 401(k) after one year of service and 1000 hours performed.

First Call associates are paid weekly by direct deposit every Thursday. If Thursday is a holiday, we do our best to pay the day before.
